Article 13 of these by-laws provides that proposed amendments to these by-laws must be submitted to the chair of the District Resolutions Committee no later than 60 days prior to the annual business meeting.

 

Article 13 of the by-laws provides that by-law amendments must be approved by a 2/3 majority vote of all eligible club electors. No proxies are allowed for voting on by-law amendments.

 

Article 13 of the by-laws provides that proposed amendments to the Operating Manual must be submitted to the chair of the District Resolutions Committee no later than 60 days prior to the annual business meeting.

 

Article 13 of the by-laws and Article 11 of the Operating Manual provide that amendments to the Operating Manual may be made by either the Board of Directors or a 2/3 majority of the club electors present at the annual business meeting. For purposes of amendments to the Operating Manual a quorum consists of electors present or by proxy from at least 50% of the clubs in the district. Proxies will be accepted in all votes affecting the Operating Manual.

 

The District Policy Manual [(version 9.2) adopted July 2, 2012] 6.6 inclusive, requires that any Clubs wishing to submit proposed changes to the District Bylaws or the Policy Manual must submit such changes to the Resolutions Chair, John L. Eicher, not later than 60 days prior to the Business Meeting. The deadline for submitting Resolutions to be considered at the General Business meeting is August 3, 2015.
