Save Saturday, August 22nd on your calendar for a meeting at District Governor Jim Bell's home in Bakersfield. Meeting time: 10:30am to 12 noon. Led by PDG Frank Ortiz and PDG Jack McClenahan, they will answer any and all questions that relates to how the process works; the monies involved; the time commitment; and answering the age-old question "Do I have to be a brain surgeon to qualify?"
