Peace is the Next Frontier for Rotary International
Last year, under the leadership of IPDG Jim Bell, District 5240 was designated a Peacebuilder District.

Our district peace chair, Catherine Bonifant (email: catherine.r.bonifant@gmail.com), is developing programs that will help your club learn more about peace programs in our district and around the world and help your club become a Peacebuilder Club.
Rotarian Tom Schneider, Rotary Club of San Miguel de Allende Midday, attended our district conference and brought a gift for each club in our district. We provided assistance to Tom and his club in translating the video "Peace Is" into Spanish.
In return, he has provided a USB flash drive with the video in English and other peace information for each club.
Nancy Falconer is mailing the flash drive to each of you. Look for it in the next several days.
