
It is with sadness we share the news of the passing Ari Larson, long time member of Rotary Club of Fillmore. For all who knew her, Ari was a strong and generous life force in her community and well beyond. Serving as President of Rotary Club of Fillmore in 2019/2020 she led her club in a multitude of programs and projects. Her passion in Rotary was Youth and Education and as a life long resident of Fillmore she dove into local annual projects, often coordinating with other organizations for the greatest impact.

Her passion in Rotary was Youth and Education and as a life long resident of Fillmore she dove into local annual projects, often coordinating with other organizations for the greatest impact. She helped charter and served as advisor to the Interact Club at her alma mater Fillmore High School, led annual food, toy, coat & book drives, led the dictionary project and collaborated on the ongoing Fillmore beautiful project. She was passionate about literacy and education and bringing better conditions to all.

Ari strived to actively reach out and make an impact into all segments of her community with her keen intelligence, compassion and caring nature. She was fully engaged and a true model of Service above Self.
Ari passed away in her sleep on Sept. 17th and will be miss greatly by her husband Pete, large extended family, friends and Family of Rotary.
