The Rotary Club of Simi Sunrise held an additional Board retreat this year. It was a mid-year retreat to reinvigorate our Board and support one another in achieving our goals.
The club members were invited to give feedback and joined a strategic planning session. We discussed our future plans regarding membership, retention, officer transitions, templates for future officers, integration of new members, fundraising, allocation of funds, Foundation goals, and future international grants and partnering.
