Westlake Village Sunrise Rotary is sending a Peace Pole to Uganda! One of the stickers on the pole will be in the local people's language - Batswa which was a language that was not available prior to our requesting it. The Peace Pole will also have a QR code indicating that the pole is originally from the Westlake Village Sunrise Rotary in Westlake Village, California.
As well, we are videotaping our Peace Building project within our Club that allows our members to get to know each other better and taking that to the Rotarians in Uganda to share with them what Peace means to our Rotarians.
